Our cancellation fees:
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival is free of charge, up to 30 days before arrival we charge 60%, up to 7 days before arrival 90% and in the event of no-show 100% of the package price.

We cannot compensate for the lost holiday pleasure, but we can for possible financial losses! From as little as € 6, ERV (Europäische Reiseversicherung AG), our travel insurance partner, assumes your financial risk of cancellation or delayed departure for an insured reason.

Cancellation insurance not only offers you cover in the event of cancellation, but also in the event of an unexpected cancellation of the trip. In this case, ERV will pay for the unused days of the stay. This means that you are financially secure before and during the trip.
